We estimate it will take 10-15 min to complete this online registration form. 

We recommend you do this in one sitting as the registration form does not save partial work if you exit mid-way.  If you do not have the some of the player's information, such as  insurance information, upon registration you may return to this form at a later date and add this information. 

Be sure to have the following ready to complete this form:

• Player height and weight
• Health insurance card
• Credit card for dues payment
• USA Rugby registration number (preferred but not mandatory)

When you  complete the form and hit submit, the system will send you an email confirming your registration details.  Please be sure to read and reference the items listed in this email.
